The support of financial experts

BT can help your employees prepare for their best financial future. It’s our goal to be the number one service provider to all employers and this was recently recognised by Roy Morgan who awarded BT with Business Superannuation Manager of the Year for 2013. BT Super has been recognised by independent super ratings organisations, receiving top rating from Chant West and Heron Partnership.

All BT employers and their employees have access to our Customer Relations team who are able to answer the day-to-day questions you and your employees might have, such as account balances, insurances, and general transactional queries.

Additionally, qualifying employers with a large employee base have a dedicated Onboarding Manager for the initial transition, as well as Relationship Manager and a Client Executive to provide ongoing service and support throughout the life of their plan.
